What information do we have about you?

We develop and deliver solutions, products, services and new companies to develop a sustainable and attractive circular economy. In this connection, we store data about our members, landlords, partners and others who have given us permission to do so. This may include personal information, such as name, email address, telephone number and payment information.

How do we use the information about you?

If you are a customer, partner, subscribe to our newsletter, have registered for an event or have voluntarily shared information with us in any other way, we have received information about you that we will use and process as we have said we will use it. We always comply within the framework of Norwegian privacy legislation.
 

With your permission, we use the data about you to communicate with you about our products and services, when we organize events, share news or other type of information on topics you have shown interest in, either via direct registration or cookies.
 

If you give us your permission, we may also use the data about you to market and communicate with you about other areas of our business. You can withdraw the permit at any time, and if you tell us not to, we will not contact you again.
 

Even if you have revoked the permit for e.g. marketing, you may see information from us in various channels. This is because we use target group segmentation that does not involve your personal data.
 

Who do we share your data with?

We can share your personal data with everyone who works with us, if they need it to do their job and with the companies that provide their services to us, if they need it to be able to do their job.
 

This includes:

• Software vendors (e.g. newsletter providers, surveys, or sign-up list administrators)

• Partners who assist us in providing various services, such as refurbishment, shipping and repair.

• Everyone you give us permission to share it with.
   

We will also share your data with others if it is necessary to comply with Norwegian law, enforce other agreements or to protect the rights of Good, our customers or others. Of course, this only applies when the division is within the framework of current privacy legislation.

How long do we store your data?

We keep the data for as long as we need to be able to deliver the service you have signed up for. If we have received your permission to do so, we may also keep the data longer for use in marketing or communications.
 

Your rights:

You have the right to access the data we have about you, that we correct errors in your personal data, ask us to block, withhold or delete data about you (as long as it does not violate Norwegian law), oppose your use of your personal data for purposes such as direct marketing, insight and analysis and you may revoke any permission you have given us for the use, storage and processing of your data. Where do we store your data?

We can transfer and store data about you to anyone outside the EU / EEA. We always want to keep the data within the EU / EEA area, but cannot always fulfill that wish. This applies to e.g. if a software provider or partner only uses servers outside the EU / EEA area. We only share data with companies and countries that meet the EU's requirements for adequate data security and with which we have a valid data processor agreement, which safeguards GDPR's standardized data protection clauses.
